Welcome to Mak Productions LLC. By booking our video and creative production services, using our website, or entering into a written agreement with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. They govern project scoping, production, post-production, media delivery, and related services and products we provide.
Mak Productions LLC will perform the creative production services described in your proposal, quote, or signed statement of work (SOW), including agreed shoot days, crew, deliverables, revision rounds, and file formats. Schedules may shift when locations, talent, weather, or client approvals change; we will communicate material impacts as early as practicable. We may rely on qualified subcontractors who are bound to deliver work consistent with our standards.
Production and post timelines depend on timely feedback, asset delivery, access to venues, and sign-off from your team. While Mak Productions LLC provides good-faith schedule estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by third parties (platforms, venues, talent), force majeure events, or late client inputs. Extended revision cycles or scope additions may require a change order and additional fees.
Fees, retainers, and invoicing terms are set in your SOW or contract. Hard costs—such as location fees, music licensing, specialized equipment rentals, or travel not included in a fixed package—may be billed separately with reasonable documentation. If invoices are materially overdue, Mak Productions LLC may pause work until the account is brought current, as permitted by law and your agreement.
Upon full payment for the applicable deliverables, Mak Productions LLC grants the usage rights specified in your agreement (for example, territory, term, and media channels). Until payment is complete, final masters may be withheld or delivered with limitations as stated in the SOW. Mak Productions LLC retains ownership of internal methods, templates, and pre-existing tools. Unless restricted by a separate NDA or contract, we may display non-confidential excerpts or stills in our portfolio and marketing.
